Cy passed away on July 11, 2014 in Evanston. Cy was born on June 5, 1930 in New York City, grew up in the Bronx and lived in Chicago as an adult.  He passed away peacefully after struggling for years with health issues.  Fortunately he was sustained and cared for by his loving family, supportive friends and dedicated caregivers.
