Francisco “Frankie” Salgado Age 40 passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2024, at his home in Algonquin, IL. He is survived by his beloved mother, Anita Salgado, and siblings: Susie Caldwell, Javier Salgado, Cindy Salgado, Joel Salgado, and Adriana Salgado.
Frankie was known for his unwavering love and loyalty to his family, serving as a pillar of strength and support. He was revered among his peers for his integrity, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit, setting an example for all who knew him.
Frankie’s talents extended beyond his character, as he had a deep passion for botany and graffiti art, where his creativity truly flourished. His artistic brilliance touched the hearts of many, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished forever.
Though he may no longer walk among us, his spirit and artistry will continue to inspire and bring joy to those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Visitation: Saturday, April 27, 2024 at St. Procopius Church, 1220 West 18th Street (Corner of 18th Street & Allport), Chicago, Illinois (Parking available on 16th Street & Racine Church Lot). 2:00 p.m. until the start of the Celebration of Life Memorial Mass promptly to begin at 3:00 p.m.

I would just like to say many may not know me my name is LeeAnn but I have known Frankie for over 20 years have have just came into contact with him again recently in February. This truly breaks my heart to see such a loving person not here on this earth. I will forever cherish the good times I had with him and the times I spoke with him. My condolences to his family who he always spoke so highly about. He was and will continue to be truly loved. Love you til the world blow up Frankie ❤️
