Rafael Mendiola age, 63 passed into eternity Friday, April 22, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Family and friends, want to take a minute to extend the invitation to join them to honor the memory of their father Rafael Mendiola. He is irreplaceable and his loss is deeply felt.

We were incredibly blessed to have him as a son, husband, father, grandfather, family member, friend, and champion. God, we thank you for giving him 63 years of life and all the memories. We understand that life on this earth is borrowed, and you decided that he fulfilled your mission and was a faithful follower of your word. Receive him with open hands in your kingdom and give us the strength to overcome his loss here on earth because by losing him we lost a piece of our being, but we know that he is here in spirit.
Visitation: Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. at his residence 2001 West 21st Place (Corner of Damen Avenue and 21st Place) Chicago, Illinois 60608.
Funeral Service: Friday, April 29 prayer service 10:00 a.m. at his residence, Procession to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 813 West Roosevelt Road, Chicago, Illinois 60608, Celebration of Life Mass 10:30 a.m. Burial St. Casimir Cemetery 4401 West 111th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60655.

Those we love don’t go away , they walk besides us ever single day. My condolences to the Mendiola Family on their loss. Words are insufficient to calm the pain you all are going through. May your father rest in eternal peace.
