Juan Ortiz age 43, passed away on June 15, 2023. Loving brother to his sister Alejandra (Victor) Ortiz and his brothers Dario (Vanessa) Ortiz and Miguel (Rubi) Ortiz. Cherished Life Partner of Sonia Carrizales and his beautiful daughters, Jaida, Jayla and Jayleen. Juan was preceded in death by his dear parents Alejo and Carmen Ortiz.

Juan was a great father to his daughters and loved them so much. He will be missed by his family and friends. Great friend to many.

Visitation: Friday, June 23, 2023, at Christian Fellowship Church, 4220 West 59^th Street, Chicago, IL 60629 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm where funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 10:00am. Cremation will be private.

God saw he was getting tired, and the cure was not to be, so He put His arms around him and whispered, “Come with me.” With tearful eyes we watched him suffer and saw him fade away. Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
