Elvera “Vera” Perez née Gonzalez, age 92 entered into eternity on Sunday, August 2, 2020 surrounded by her cherished family at her residence in Pilsen, Chicago.Loving wife of the late Lupe Perez; Cherished mother of Patricia ( late Jay) Perez and Lisa Perez; Beloved grandmother of Nicole (Eloy Nieto), Jacinto Jr. (Nicole), Julian, Dominic (Precious) and Niko Mar; Dearest great-grandmother of Jacinto Peter, Jacinto III, Mikey, Nicolas, Dominic, Santino, James and Jay. Dear sister of Beatriz LopezPreceded in death by her parents Jesus and Maria Gonzalez, siblings Humberto, Jesus, Paul, Richard, Molly, Alice and Oscar also her loving great granddaughter Elvera Nieto. Aunt to many nieces and nephews and friend to many.Visitation: Thursday, August 6, 2020, St. Procopius Church, 1200 West 18th Street ( Corners of 18th Street & Allport Street, Chicago, IL 60608 from 3:00 p.m. till the start of mass which is pending
**Due to COVID-19 Pandemic: No children under 13 are permitted. Only 50 people will be allowed in building at all times. We will count upon entering the church. Names will be taken on a sign in sheet and every person might be subject to temperature reading on the wrist or forehead. All must wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
