Ana Maria Godinez age 72 was born into eternity Tuesday, May 30, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Loving wife of Ramon Godinez. Cherished mother of: Ana (Rodolfo) Franco, Juan (Cecilia) Godinez, Ernesto Godinez, Francisco Godinez, Sergio (Alexandra) Godinez, Roman (Melissa) Godinez, and Moises Godinez. Beloved grandmother of 22 grandchildren and great grandmother of 12. Fond Sister of Rosa Maria Rodriguez, Maria de Jesus Rodriguez de Cortez and Gustavo Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Szykowny Funeral Home, 4901 S. Archer Ave., Chicago, IL 60632 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service: Friday, June 2, 2017, Chapel prayers at 8:45 a.m. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius V Church, 1900 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, Illinois. Interment will be Private.
Ana Maria was a Pilsen resident for over 30 years and a parishioner of St. Adalbert Church and St. Pius V. Church. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
