Tina Marie Rios, age 51 passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in Chicago. Cherished mother of: José de Jesús Robledo, Hallie Marie Vela and Bobbie Marie Salinas. Dearest Grandmother of: Samara Robledo, Jonathan Robledo, Giovani Arriaga, Giana Arriaga, Rozalio Sanchez, Rozalyn Sanchez, Kilani Robledo. Dear daughter of Paula Rios and the late †Heriberto Rios Sr. Fond sister of: José Rios, Heriberto Rios Jr., †Jesse Rios, †Manuel Rios, Linda Medina, Paula Rios, †Martin Rios, Mario Rios, Armando Rios, Tino Rios, Samuel Zavala, Ramiro Zavala, Nora Rivera.Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Tina was a fun loving and free spirited soul. Tina will truly be missed by her family and friends.
Visitation: Tuesday, June 29, 2021, Hursen Funeral Home, 4001 Roosevelt Road, Hillside from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Prayers & Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Hursen Funeral Home, 4001 Roosevelt Rd. Prayer service 9:00 a.m. Burial Mount Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery, 4201 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney.
TO THOSE I LOVE AND THOSE WHO LOVE ME
When I am gone, release me, let me go I have so many things to see and do. You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears be happy, we had so many years. I gave you my love, you can only guess how much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown but now it’s time I travel alone. So grieve a while for me if grieve you must, then let your grief be comforted by trust. It’s only for a while that we must part so bless the memories within your heart. I won’t be far away, for life goes on. So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can’t see or touch me, I’ll be near, with all my love around you soft and dear. And then, when you must come this way alone, I’ll greet you with a smile and a “Welcome You Home”

Social distancing is still being practiced for those that are vaccinated it is optional if you want to wear a mask or not but for those that are not vaccinated will need to wear a mask and will need to sign in.

Please follow social distancing guidelines & wear your face mask if you are not vaccinated. Funeral Associates will be directing those paying respects upon entering the funeral home.

I just want to give my deepest condolences to the family. Tina was one of the most kind-hearted women I have ever met. Her smile was contagious and her laugh was one of a kind. She always made me happy whenever I seen her and I will never forget her.
