We were saddened to hear of Tom’s passing. There are really no words that can describe the loss that Alec or any of the family feels at losing Tom. I was fortunate to have met Tom in my passing through this time we call life. I hope he is at peace and that in time all can find peace and healing in remembering Tom.
I would just like to share a couple of those memories with his family. My father in law who passed away a few years ago said that he really liked Tom and that he seemed like a “big kid”. My father in law was a man that was pretty straight forward and honest about his feelings, so you knew it meant something when he said he liked Tom. I will always carry the memory of Tom and how he was supportive when my father died and we came over to the house in Commerce City. I was there to catch a flight with my sisters to pick up mom from Arizona. My dad had suffered a massive heart attack and passed away while they were in Prescott, Arizona on vacation. It meant alot to me to have Tom come out to the curb to greet us with a hug. This gave me some comfort when I was deeply hurting.
I’m sure family and friends will have memories in their heart that are special and unique to each person. I encourage you all to share them with one another and “be there” for one another in the times ahead. Take care and we wish you all peace.

Love, Mike, Val, and Laura

I will never forget the bounce in Thomas’ step, the smile I would see, and the way he was always pushing his glasses up. He was a very good person in school which is when I knew him.
My deepest sympathies to the entire family. I am certain he has already crossed through the gates and has been reunited with someone he hasn’t seen in a very long time. God Bless all of you in this most difficult time!

It is hard to express what Tom meant to each and everyone us. I believe he truly wanted to please others and be successful obtaining that success in his own unique way. He loved his son, Alec and I know he wanted him to always be a part of his life. You would be so proud of that “little dude”, Tom and I know you will now be able to watch him grow into the fine young man he is. Most of all, Tom, I hope you have reunited with your mother, whom you love and deeply missed all of these years. Your life here on earth will not go unnoticed and your memory will be with all us. Hopefully, you will be able to see from heaven all of the concerts you desire….watching from a seat above the rest.
Love, Paulette and Our Special Angel.

I was very saddened to hear of Tom’s passing and send my best wishes to his son, Alec, and his entire family.

I’d known Tom for many years, but had lost contact with him the past few years. I have fond memories of more than a few occasions working side by side with Tom during the remodel of my old home in Boulder. Tom was probably the hardest working person I’ve ever known — there just wasn’t anything he couldn’t or wouldn’t do.

Tom, you will be missed by all who knew you.

Love, Deanna Colvin

D’Arcy,

The service last night was beautiful. Your words to me meant so much I will carry them in my heart forever. In your time of need I think you comforted me more than I comforted you. Tommy may have loved me first but he saved the best for last – you. If you ever need anything please contact me. I dont live very far away and am only a phone call away.
