We were saddened to hear of Scotty’s passing, but we also rejoice for him, knowing that he is now with his Lord and Savior, and once again, with Cathy. We last saw Scotty in 2006 in Houston, TX, as he traveled through our area. We all were good friends at Des Plaines Bible Church in the early 70’s . Our sympathies to the family.

Our prayers of Gods comfort, peace and healing go out to Scotts family and friends. We know Gods love will be celebrated as we remember Christs love this Christmas. His salvation is a gift to all who put their life into his hands. By grace we are saved through faith, it is a gift of God not of works lest any man boast.
eph 2:8,9. Sin is such a constant in our world, but fogiveness, love and mercy is found in the life giving blood of Christ. May you know Gods love that carries us through the difficulties of life and death : God said in this world you will have trouble, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world since we know amazing promises we thank the Lord that he carries us through. Scotty sang a song train up a chill those Lyrics the Lord gave me and Scott recorded them. I will miss his voice . He now is with Jesus, Cathy and Craig Massey, their Pastor from years ago… And others like Cliff Strom : we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers as Scott and Cathy and many of our friendships go back to the 70s . To Tent Makers Days and Des Plaines Bible Church. May The Lord Bless you.
