Salvador Vazquez Sr. age 87, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at his residence in Chicago. Salvador was proud to be born in Monterrey NL Mexico.

Cherished husband of the late Antonia Vazquez. Loving father of Elva (Victor) Muñoz, Salvador (the late Camelia) Vazquez, Patricia Vazquez, Jorge (Maria) Vazquez, Leticia (Jorge) Silva, Elsa Vazquez, Jose Luis Vazquez, Pablo Vazquez, Rafael Vazquez, and Maria Guadalupe Vazquez. Proud grandfather of 27 and great grandfather of 40.

 Visitation: Friday, February 16, 2018 from 2 pm – 6:45 pm at St. Pius V Church located at 1909 S. Ashland Avenue, Chicago. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Pius V may be made by clicking the link:  www.givecentral.org Mr. Vazquez was a long time parishioner of St. Pius V Church, and longtime resident of the Pilsen Community. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
