Rafael Flores, 56, of Aurora, IL passed on April 8th, 2018 at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born on June 30th,1961 in DeKalb, IL. and is survived by his wife Maria J Flores, of Aurora IL, and 4 daughters; Ashley S. Flores, (Juan Guijoza) Briana S. Flores and Gabriel Flores. Anissa O. Flores (Andres Lopez Sr.) David Ambriz Jr., Eric S. Ambriz, Andres Lopez Jr., Isaac M. Lopez and Sophia O. Lopez. Ariell L. Flores, (Rene Dominguez) Destinee R. Dominguez, Emiliano M. Dominguez, Kastro R.Dominguez, Irene E. Dominguez and Mariella J. Flores. Alyssa R. Quinones (Jorge U.Quinones) Milo J. Favela, Erica L. Quinones, Marcus R. Favela, Aundrea L. Quinones, and Raquel L. Quinones. One great grandson, David Ambriz III, and one God child, Elizabeth Marie Trejo. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Rafael was raised in the city of Pharr, TX. but spent most of his life living in the far west suburbs of Chicago, IL. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and taking long road trips. he was a big fan of Elvis Presley, The Chicago Cubs, and he loved “DEM BOYZ,” but overall he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandson. He will truly be missed by many.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 3 pm until time of services, 7 pm at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville (Downtown Naperville).

I’ll always remember his contagious laugh, his love for cooking, especially on the grill. He was the guy at the grill whenever our family had a cook-out.
My heart aches and we will miss him dearly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with my Flores family. Praying for strength and comfort during this difficult time.
