Russell "Russ" LoSasso

Russell “Russ” LoSasso, 57, passed away on April 22, 2026, after a courageous battle with colon cancer. Born on May 11, 1968, in Chicago, IL, Russ was a proud and devoted fan of the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Blackhawks, and San Diego Chargers. He found joy in bowling, golf, playing cards, and spending time with the many friends whose lives he brightened.

Russ is survived by his life-partner, Karen Williams, who remained faithfully by his side throughout his illness. He is also survived by Karen’s family, who loved him as their own — her mother, Norma Williams; her sister, Annette Memishofski (Peppy) along with the rest of Karen's family; and he was preceded in death by her father, Roy Williams.

Russ is further survived by his siblings Daryle Briscolino, William Jr. (Rebecca) LoSasso, Dianna (Doug) Soriano, Patrick Briscolino, Kevin (Melissa) Briscolino, Teresa (Mike) Felder, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Briscolino; his step-father, William A. Briscolino Jr.; his father, William J. LoSasso and his brother Paul Briscolino.
