María Tita López, age 77 passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 10, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Chicago.
“Santos” an endearing name as she was called by her family and friends is survived by her cherished children: Flor María Flores, Víctor Hugo López, Uriel Alejandro López, Francisco Javier López, Juan Manuel López and Olga Leticia López. Grandmother of 15: T.J. Flores, Nayeli Flores, Uriel Flores, Norberto Flores, Víctor López, Rebecca López, Melissa López, Uriel López, Mariana López, Jaime López, Juan López, Emily López, Arianna López, Javier López, and Alexis Villanueva. Great grandmother of 4: Jordan Hernández, Donna Marie Flores, Lorenzo Flores and Paisley López. Santos was preceded in death by her husband †Uriel Lopez Sr. and her granddaughter †Melissa Emily Lopez. Santos will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation: Thursday, February 14, 2019; 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity, 1850 S. Throop Street, Chicago, Illinois 60608. Funeral Service: Friday, February 15, 2019, Celebration of Life – Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity, 1850 S. Throop Street, Chicago, Illinois 60608.
