Jane Marie Kolodziejski, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on July 8, 2018. Jane was the beloved wife of the late John M. Kolodziejski; cherished mother of Sheryl (Dan) Hanke, John (Nancy) Kolodziejski and Shelley (Clint) Sawin; adoring grandmother of Christopher, Matthew and Ava; dear sister of Lynne Huth; fond aunt of many.
Visitation will be Monday, July 16, 2018 from 2 – 9 pm at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Ave., Tinley Park, with Funeral Services to be held at 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.

My deepest condolences go out to the entire Kolodziejski family. Mrs. Kolodziejski was a big part of my childhood. I have wonderful memories of her and the Kolodzieski’s always felt like family to me. God bless and she’ll forever will be in my thoughts and prayers.
