George was the best of neighbors. We will always remember his easy-going, friendly personality and his pride in his family. He loved trees and grew many in his yard. He never refused a dare to taste a hot pepper, and was good at conversation. Our sympathy goes out to Shelly and all the family & friends who miss him so much.

Shelly, I had some short good times with George as we connected recently. But I knew years ago you were dating him, you were so happy. He was a lover of all things and he especially loved you and Emily. He is now with Emily and his best friend Al, your brother. My deepest sympathy, take some small measure of comfort that George is
with his family and his best friend. I love you Shelly

George was such a kind, gentle man. What a wonderful husband and father. So much will be missed, the shy grin, the twinkle in his eye, his many talents. Never boastful, always interested and interesting. Our hearts are saddened by this loss, yet joyful for having known him at all. Shelly we pray for your strength and can’t fathom the enormity of your grief. Please know you were loved and will continue to be by those who share your sorrow.

My Big Brother George was a talented, humble man. We shared many adventures and laughs together. I will especially miss him playing his guitar or harmonica at our campfires. I will also miss him giggling and showing us how strong he was by picking me and others up off our feet. His courage and never complaining when he wasn’t feeling well was awe inspiring. George loved his family especially their precious Emily. He adored and loved Shelly and was a great husband and soulmate to her. I will forever miss my Big Brother and Friend. I can only feel comfort in knowing he is an Angel in heaven, flying high with Emily Rose, Al and Mom. I know they are watching over us.

Until I see you again Georgie! I will miss and love you always – Tree (Teresa DiPaolo)

Dear Shelly and Family,
To me George had so many wonderful attributes. He had a very kind and gentle personality. He was a very talented artist with his wonderful pictures and his music. He was proud but never boastful. Humble. It’s funny but George was one of those quiet people with a gift of being able to express himself without so many words. You could clearly see that you and Emmy were the center of his universe. Please accept our deepest sympathies. Love and prayers to all of you.

Georgie lived his life harnessing his energy through music, family, art, and nature. He was a great listener who gave simple, honest advice at just the right moment. George was fierce in his beliefs and value of family. His great love was Shelly. 2 people truly meant for each other. Both quirky, honest, and open to share their next adventure in life together. George and Shelly shared near 40 years of soul-mate style love. That love grew into an extension of their hearts, their only daughter, Emily Rose. George’s brown eyes twinkled with the mention of his dear Emmy. George was a caring father, who listened and always gave positive advice. George was a great writer, producer, song writer, artist, horticulturalist and friend to many. His laugh was contagious. He showed his love for this family and friends through his music, art, humor, and strong hugs. Georgie had a strong mind that was resilient to overcoming all obstacles in life. I admire his strength. We will all miss him. We all feel the ache in our hearts. May we find assurance and hope knowing he spirit is now with his mother, best bud/brother-in law Al, and Emmy. George is now a bright butterfly from heaven flying free. Love you, your double niece and godchild, Rach.

Uncle George was a gifted man who was extremely modest about his amazing talents.
He was a shy entertainer who always kept us in awe about his amazing musical abilities. He left his wife and soulmate way too soon but there is ease in knowing that he is now walking side-by-side with his daughter Emily, as they will always be overlooking and protecting Shelly.

Uncle George was a multi-talented man with enormous courage and also heart & soul. He would create songs that were his own giving it a homemade touch of his musical genius and also adding new elements to them that signified his own point of views. I will also say he was an extremely talented painter/artist and made some beautiful oil paintings with careful detail of the natural landscapes that he depicted. What I would miss the most is having a conversation on the phone with him talking about basically anything that made an impact in our lives especially his favorite topic of all, music. He was a great, loving father of a now departed daughter Emily Rose Sulski and has left behind a legacy of memories that will forever be engraved in our minds. His wife Aunt Shelly was his guiding light in everything that he touched and for the most part is golden.

From the moment I met Uncle George, I knew he was a genuine, kind and peaceful man. He would give me a strong handshake, look me in the eye, smile and always seemed genuinely happy to see me. He made me feel welcomed and part of the family from the very beginning and it meant so much to me. He was positive and optimistic and it seemed like nothing really bothered him. He wasn’t one to complain and always saw the bright side of things. As was stated, he was extremely talented and gifted as a musician and artist. My favorite memories are of him playing the guitar and singing for us around the campfire (he always took requests) and the time him and I rowed a boat around the lake in Wisconsin. He was a great rowing partner and we had a lot of laughs. I’ll miss him a great deal but know that we’ll meet again. His spirit will live on through our family and all of the friends that he touched over the years and we will continue to celebrate life the way he would want us to. Rest in peace, Uncle George. Thank you for being my friend and an incredible inspiration to me and so many others.
