Claudia J Pacini, nee Vesely; passed away peacefully on February 24, 2022. She was born April 9, 1937, to the late Henry and Rose (nee Stoklasa) Vesely. Beloved wife of the late James Pacini and former wife of the late Kenneth Heidler. Loving mother of Steven (Kathleen) Heidler, David (Brenda) Heidler, Kimberly (Ken) VonEbers, Jeffery (Lauren) Heidler. Stepmother of Jamie Rowden and Cora (Chuck) Sharp. Adored grandmother of Ashley (Daniel) Mannigel, Rebecca Von Ebers, Daniel (Brittney) Von Ebers, Charlene Cullinane, Kyle Heidler, Mitchell Heidler, Emily Heidler, Dinara Heidler, Andrey Heidler, Henry Heidler, Ana Heidler, Courtney (Frank) Schaber, Ashley (Mike) Karun, Megan (Seth) Warner, Adam (Sheila) Sharp, Jenna (Ethan) Muench. Great grandmother of 14. Cherished sister of Joyce (Jack) Mandernack. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation March 11, 2022, at 10am at St John’s Lutheran Church 2650 Plainfield Rd. Joliet, IL until time of Memorial Service at 11am. A Celebration of Life lunch will be held at noon. Interment will follow at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her name, Alzheimer’s Association | Donate to Fight Alzheimer’s Disease. Or send a donation made out to the Alzheimer’s Association to: Debbi Baaske, Business Manager, Senior Star at Weber Place, 605 S. Edward Dr.

Her petite wardrobe belied a lofty stature as devoted mom
to her own, but also to neighborhood kids – like me.
@Steve, Dave, Kim, Jeff – fond memories of you all and her DG household (Daisy!) – where I always felt at home.

OMG just saw this on the internet. We knew Ken and Claudia for years. We both stood up to each other’s wedding. Bob and Ken went to grammar school together. I knew Claudia since sophmore yr in high school. Oh, Lord, the memories. Friends Forever!!
