Carlos H. Medina age 86 went to be with the Lord on, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at RML Specialty Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois surrounded by his loving family.
Carlos was born March 9, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Pantaleon Medina and Guadalupe Medina. He married Minerva Medina in 1962, and they lived together in Chicago, IL. He was a Taxi Driver, Security Guard and a provider for his Family.
Carlos is survived by eight children: Max Colon (Irene Colon), Reynaldo Colon, William Medina Sr. (Jean Medina), Guadalupe Medina (Angel Perez), Carlos Medina Jr (Socorro Andrade), Minerva Medina (John Dowling) and James Medina (Alice Medina). Preceded in death by Carmen Medina.
He also is survived by twenty-three grandchildren: Maximo Colon III, Raphael Colon Sr. (Christina Colon), Brandie Wheeler, Javier Colon Sr.,(Daniella Colon) William Medina Jr., Wayne Colon (Clara Colon), Carlos A. Medina, Krystal Medina (Antonio Reynoso), Valerie Medina (Israel Medina), Jose F. Rodriguez Jr. (Erica Rodriguez), Amelia Minerva Colon, Guadalupe R. Medina, preceded in death by Margaret Perez, Octavio Medina (Estela Chavez), James Medina Jr.(Melina Estrada), Carlos H. Medina III, Victor Medina, Ashley Perez, Gino Medina, Angel Perez Jr., Matthew Perez, Margaret Medina, Ryan Medina and Addison Medina.
Also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren: Raphael Colon, Naomi Colon, Maximo Colon IV, Javier Colon Jr., Evelyn Wheeler, Anthony Medina, Justin Medina, Jose F. Rodriguez III, Sean Colon, Nathaniel Wheeler, Nolan Wheeler, Emily Marie Rodriguez, Jacob Ethan Rodriguez, Valerie Rose Medina, Violet Colon, Alina Medina, Marina Colon, Kamila Colon, Lyla Colon, Madaline Minerva Medina, Fabian Xavier Medina-Galloway, Ethan Noah Medina, Luke Colon, Zoey Colon, Jayden James Reynoso-Medina, and Logan James Medina.
