Jordan G. Perez, age 20 transitioned into eternal life on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Journey Care Hospice after a battle against cancer.

Jordan is survived by his loving mother Marisa Meza, his father Gilberto Perez and his cherished sisters Leslie, Dulce, Steph, Abby and Emma. Jordan is survived by his dear grandmothers Claudia Meza and Carmen Trigueros, many aunts, uncles and a host of many cousins.

Jordan is also survived by his fur babies: Chiquita, Luna, Milo, Nova, Raven and Gato; his fur babies that crossed the rainbow bridge before him were: †Lilo, †Mocha and †Luke. Jordan will be missed by his family and friends.

Jordan was a Sophomore at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.

Visitation: Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Christian Fellowship Church 4220 W. 59^th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60618. 3;00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, February 15, 2023 family and friends will  meet at St. Procopius Church 1202 West 18^th Street (Corner of 18^th  Street & Allport Street). Celebration of Life Service/Mass 10:30 a.m. Burial St. Mary Cemetery, 87^th and Hamlin Ave., Evergreen Park,  Illinois.

“His Journey”

Don’t think of him as gone away his journey’s just begun; life holds so many facets this earth is only one. Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears, in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how he must be wishing that we could know today, how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched for nothing loved is ever lost and he was loved so much.
