Alejandra (Alex) Falcon age 27 passed away suddenly at her residence. Loving Daughter of: Ignacio and Reyna Falcon. Cherished mother of: Damien Gonzalez. Dearest sister of: Araceli (Jesus Hernandez) Falcon, Sandy (Anthony Guerrero) Falcon, Jose (Nicole Scott) Falcon, Lizette (Pablo) Aguirre, Marilu (Edgar Ocampo) Falcon, Daniel Falcon. Beloved partner of: Pablo Gonzalez. Alex was proceeded in death by her baby brother †Marcos Falcon. Dear Aunt of: Ximena Garcia , Yesenia Garcia, Melanie Falcon, Vincent Aguirre, Citlali Ocampo, Nicholas Aguirre, Izabella Guerrero and Sophia Guerrero.
Visitation: Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Holy Trinity Church, 1850 South Throop Street, Chicago from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Funeral Service: Monday, March 5, 2018 Prayer service at 10:15 am at Holy Trinity Church, 1850 S. Throop Street, Chicago, IL 60608. Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Procopius Church, 1220 W. 18th Street, Corner of 18th Street and Allport Street. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to her family from the Flores and Mendez Family. May god give yous the stregnth to get through this heartache the peace to know she’s in a better place. May god rest her soul and accept her in his kingdom. She will continue to be loved and remembered for the great person she was on the earth, but most of all she will be missed. We love you unconditionally Alex

Our deepest condolences to all her loved ones. Alex will sincerely be missed. Her laughter and spirit was contagious and heartwarming. We had the privilege of being a part of Alex’s life through my brother Pablo and nephew Damien. Alex had an uplifting personality and an amazing talent of caring for others. We will continue to remember her as my nephew grows to ensure she is always with us. We extend our hearts and prayers to the Falcon family in this difficult passage. We love you.

Our condolences to the Falcon Gonzalas family. I am Damien’s friend, Erica, and I am thinking about him during this difficult time. His mom was always very nice to my grandfather and me. I’d like to say sorry for your loss. I am here for you always Damien.
